Cream Of Vegetable Soup This is a fantastic way to use a variety of dried vegetables and dry milk powder from your storage! Also a great way to increase fiber. * Prepare Vegetable Puree: In a 2 qt saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add onion flakes, saute until golden. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and basil. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly over low heat to prevent lumping. Do not boil. Stir in Vegetable puree. Heat to serving temperature. Garnish with parsley flakes. Makes 4 servings. Yummy!
