Blend steak sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a glass dish. Add the sliced steak and stir to coat. The marinade and steak could be placed in a Zip-loc bag in the morning and refrigerated until evening.
Remove steak from marinade; reserve the marinade in a bowl. Stir Fry steak in large, lightly greased skillet over medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Remove steak with slotted spoon; keep warm. Heat vegetables and reserved marinade in the same skillet to a b oil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer for 2-3 minutes or until tender crisp. Stir in beef. Serve wrapped in warmed tortilla or over hot steaming rice.
*If you have a rice cooker with a locking lid and timer, you can start the rice in the morning and it will automatically turn on to be ready by dinner.
