Marinade: 1 C. apple cider vinegar 1 TB fructose 1 TB dill weed 1/2 TB salt 1 TB black ground pepper 1-2 tsp garlic powder 1 C. safflower oil 1 large or 2 medium broccoli heads, cut into florettes
Whisk or blend marinade ingredients and pour over broccoli florettes. Marinate for 12-24 hours.
